Default Desert Challenge 2007

This annual event will be taking place very soon with teh Prologue on the 28th October and the 5 day event starts on the 29th

Team Saluki, who used to race a 110 are now in a Honda buggy, however anoterh one of my friends Fady Malki is racing a Range Rover whose likeness to a RR Sport is merely coincidental

Started off as a 3.9 Classic, had a few mods since

Off to Tehran for a few days, sh!tload of Landies over there but do not have a camera on this trip except on my phone.

Will update the Desert Challenge bit when I get back next Saturday, running the Prologue on the Sunday (28th), not seen the entry list but hoping that there will be a few Bowlers this year

Just returned from 5 days in the Empty Quarter as Chief Start Marshal, had a brilliant time and absolutely knackered having had to get out of my bed every morning at some unholy hour to start the Bikes before the cars

Here are some pics of the Landies on Day 1 start
