Default Friday Morning

Took the day off, and went exploring. Thought I'd share some photos snapped along the way.

I tracked 17 miles before turning around and heading back. I can't wait to head back with some company and find out where it ends up. No private property/trespassing signs, and it seemed considerably well traveled. There were plenty of tougher deviations from the trail that, judging by their tracks, better outfitted trucks had conquered.

The photos are certainly nothing earth-shattering by any regard, but I had a BLAST, and best of all no damage other than the removal of an ugly plastic bumper corner right at the beginning!

Nice pictures... thanks for sharing them. It's nice just to get out in the woods and away from the hussle.

ArmyRover-

I will give you the heads up next time I'm heading out / playing hooky. . . I figured it'd be better to have some idea where we're going once you drive all the way down here. A good friend of mine with a D1 might tag along too.

I'm thinking about going again this Friday, assuming i get a few projects at work done in time. I'll know by tomorrow (Tues)

Let me know if you NH guys plan anything b/c I am equally game to drive north, even if it is to ultimately get winched out of an easy trail !

Hell they might be winching both of us out I'll let you know if we plan anything. Looking ahead to this friday I'm not seeing anything that will be a conflict.
