Cool Thursday Fun on Old Stage Road (Colorado Springs-ish) PICTURES

I dont work a lot because my job sucks, so I get the chance to go play from time to time but no weekends Anywho, I dont know how many people know, but I cracked my block on my Discovery back in December and just got a new motor put in last week...and yes I upgraded from 3.9 to...you guessed it 4.6 Well, today, I went out and got a little bit of 4-wheeling, well more or less snow bashing, in! We were gonna try to see how far we ( me and my buddy with a Bronco II) get up Mt. Baldy, Not very BTW...Theres a little shortcut thing on Old Stage Rd, so we tried that numerous times, and I was the one who made it to the top first (because the bronco II couldnt make it without me clearing a path ). Then onto the Mt.Baldy, we made it about 20 ft off Old Stage and got stuck, he tugged and tugged to get me out, then he took a shot at it, and only one tug from me to get him out. Then, we called it quits, drove to Victor, on to Cripple Creek, lunch in Woodland Park, and on the drive down HWY 24 back to Colorado Springs there is a parking lot on the side of HWY 24 at a trailhead, and i glanced over at the cars and saw a tan-ish Benz with Yakima Racks and a primer front fender and it was Funrover!!! LOL I woulda stopped, but had to get the woman home, lol! Ok, on to Pictures!!!

The days ENERGY

Gettin the tow strap out

No, I didnt run into him, he was stuck there, i actually pushed him from that spot, look out funrover theres a new Shrek in town!!! LOL jk

Looks like good times. Congrats on the 4.6 switch. I know I love mine, you won't regret it.

You guys could use some tire chains over there in CO. They make a huge difference in the white stuff.
