I am back for a few days and I thought I would say hi

I was in Southern California doing some training with the Army. After that we moved up to NTC to do more training to shoot the guns. After that we moved the Strykers to San Diego to get them ready to go over seas to Iraq. All in all it was a rough 12 weeks, but the pay checks where Worth it. Up until we found out that the state was taking taxes out of our pay checks. Nothing like getting taxed twice. I made allot of illegal immigrants happy with the sweet of my back

I signed my contract for 2 years with a obligated 15 months tour to Iraq with a 10% completion bonus after 330 days in country. So with the over time, hazard pay and everything else. I should come back with close to 150K. That should be enough to keep the wife happy. The draw back is I will have to spend the holidays over seas
