Since I am a musician and am VERY fond of sound clarity, I have overhauled the Disco's audio system with the following:
Pioneer DEH-P80MP CD/MP3 Head Unit XM Radio Interface controlled by P80MP All Harmon Kardo Mids/Highs replaced with Infinity/MB Quart (2) Infinity Subwoofer replacements Sony XM-405EQX 5 Channel amplifier to replace factory amps Audiovox DVD Player TM-808 8" Flip Down TFT Monitor Uniden PC68XL CB - Tweakd/Peakd 48" Tuned Firestick Let me say, it sounds rediculously good. And I have an awesome "center stage". I will be adding a Clarion Center Channel under the head unit and a 5.1 processor in the near future. Last edited by Chris Hyde : 06-14-2005 at 01:07 PM. |

Chris,
Is it mu imagination or did you mount the dvd on your sun roof? Id post picks of my new system but I hate having to compress, and its a pain in teh arse!! anyway, I had circuit city put my THK Sub into one of my plastic storage bins in teh very back. They just cut teh plastic to mold around the sub and it fits in there perfectly. Doesnt take any room away from that back where my two dogs kick it. |
