Default Does anyone know anything about Jaguar S-Type R

Hey everyone OK this is my problem I got a 03 S-Type R my front left and right and the rear back vents is blowing hot air when I turn on the A/C and the front middle vent is a lil cold but not as cold as it should be. So I took it to a shop after it got the A/C recharge it was doing the same thing so I took it to another shop that works on Jags they put it on the machine and told me it was the heater valve and auxiliary water pump so I got those change and it still does the same thing. PLEASE HELP if you might know what it is

I would guess and that's what this is a guess

a blend door or hvac control issue.

You will need to find a shop with AutoLogic diagnostis to read the system and help nail the problem. I agree with ArmyRover, it won't easy to find without the electrical diagnostics.

We've just bought a XKR (the superceded/original model) & it's great

But........... with petrol (gasoline) running at the equivilant of US $10.49* around here, it's not a cheap car to run

* Diesel is roughly US $11.77

We have a larger gallon than you do, ours is 8 pints (4.545litres)

I would say it's a blend door sticking. I have an X-Type and from what I understand that is a pretty common problem with both the X and S Types.
