If Women do something it's a big deal.

If men do it, its a sexist old boys club.

1) We let them drive.
2) We let them vote.
3) We let them serve in combat duty roles in our military.

Me, I'm insulted for those in that group, because it's socially acceptable to think that you arent as good as one group.

Sorry I for one don't feel a sisterhood towards any woman. Yes I have friends that I stand by because I am friends with them. But a woman isn't anymore deserving of anything just because she is female. everyone should work for what they have- period. The statement of "serve clients in a different manner" can hold true to any sex or race. Anyone at any job can approach things in any manner , one not necessarily better than the other.
