Default Favorite all time song?

What's your favorite all time song? And who's the artist?

That's certainly a difficult one, as it depends on the situation, company & the way i feel at the time.

For driving it's a choice between
'Boys Of Summer' (Don Henley), 'Thunder Road' (Bruce Springsteen) & 'Sweet Little 66' (Steve Earle & The Dukes)

For sitting in my snug (library room)
'Down To The River' (Alison Krauss), 'Cherry Blossoms' (Tindersticks) & 'Mountain Angel' (Dolly Parton)

Too many Rush songs to list but, The Trees, Limelight and 2112 Overture/The Temples of Syrinx are some of my top songs... and of course Tom Sawyer!

Pink Floyd- Pigs

Tool- Schism

These three artists I can listen to whole albums over and over, not just one song!

This is pretty impossible for me. I love all kinds of music and relate to a lot so to pick one is hard but this would have to be my #1.

Amazing Grace done by various artists.

Hey that's a good song when you’re pissed off at something.

I like all music so I’ll post some of the favorites.
Eminem- Rabbit Run
John Lennon- Imagine
Angles & Airwaves- The Adventure
Johnny Cash- Cocaine blues & Folsom Prison
The Beatles – All of them
John Denver- Leaving on a jet plane

Hard question.

Right now I'm listening to Marilyn Manson's Mechanical Animals, but a second ago it was Motorhead's Rock and Roll, and the next one is AC/DC's Girl's Got Rhythm.

So it depends on the mood, occassion, and playlist.

Good call on Johnny Cash, I think I'm gonna add some of his songs to my current playlist, 'scuse me.

I thought of more:
Black Crowes - She Talks To Angels
Billy Joel - Piano Man, She's Always A Woman, To Make You Feel My Love (I could go on and on...)
Elton John - Tiny Dancer, I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues (etc...)
Creed - With Open Arms
Candlebox - Far Behind, You
Led Zep - Stairway to Heaven (and many many more...)
Joan Jett & The Heartbreakers - I Love Rock n Roll
Gary Allan - Nothing On But The Radio , Her Man (etc.)
Metallica - Enter Sandman (and a whole lot more...)
Commodores - Brick House (Have ya'll heard Rob Zombie's of this?)
