Exclamation Help beat Breast Cancer, and save my Moms life

Hey guys, I hate to write a post like this, but unfortunately things can happen in life that leave you not knowing what to do and the only way to move forward is by trying everything that could possibly help.

My Mom was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Breat Cancer a few months ago. This was shock to my entire family since she has always watched her health and even ate mostly organic food and was always exercising. MY Mom is a beautiful business woman who let her health insurance go so she could save some money to help support her business. Then not long after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. We have found an insurance company to help with the bill but we need to come up with a lot of money that we do not have right now(Avg Cancer medical bill is $350k), and my Mom needs ot begin the treatment on September 7th because we caught this late, and it could spread to through out her body any day now. Her life is literally on the line, and the only thing needed to get her treated is money.

I know that I dont know any of you personally, but if you are interested in saving a beautiful womans life then click this link and see about donating, every dollar counts.

I hope that none of you have to experience something like this in your family, it never makes sense and to be completely honest, I still think this whole situation is total Bull Shit. I want my Mom alive, she is only 50 and if you could even spot $20 that would be awesome, now if you can do more that would help us meet the goal faster.

I am posting this here because I know this site is awesome and gets a lot of traffic to it. I know this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with LAnd Rover's, but I hope you can understand me wanting to spread the word about my Mom's need. Here is the link

Fundraising — Breast Cancer Treatment Fund for Julie Laterra

Thanks again

Thank you, it surprises me how many people have had to go through this. It's terrible, but a few minutes ago I checked the fundraising site, already over $1,200 raised which is amazing. I can wait to show my sister later on, and then I cant wait to surprise my mom with it.

I would say the addest part of it all is seeing my Mom lose it all the time. She's known for a few months now, and we've had some crazy doctor stuff going on but now we know how to proceed and I would say last week was the first time I've been able to talk to my Mom without her crying. I'm telling you, I never thought something this crazy would happen to our family.

but THANK YOU FOR THE PRAYERS, seriously

No need to thank me Dante, was a drop in the bucket. I hope that she gets the treatment she needs to get better, and doesn't have to worry about such money nonsense.

Default Another way to raise money

I know you have a page on Fundable, but another options is to create a Tribe Page on Human Tribe Project. Human Tribe Project is a brand new website to help friends and family unite, raise funds and show support for a loved one during a health-crisis. Last year our friend was battling cancer and this was a great way to raise funds for her and show our love and support at the same time. I will keep you mom in my prayers. Best of luck.

I appreciate the info, I may be looking into that after the 7th, but right now I only have 8 days to raise this money and I dont want to dilute what we have started on there. I have a guy at the big local news station here who wants to interview my Mom and do a feature on her which would be awesome as well as a few friends in Page Ranking who are emailing all fo their celebrities and pro athletes and a bunch of other stuff cooking...... the big problem is time and I dont have a ton of it, but I know something will happen!

Again, if anyone wants to donate please click the link above. I understand that a lot of people have lost a lot of money, we are in that boat as well. This is why we are trying to reach a larger audience and ask for a large amount of smaller donations. So please do what you can, and know that every dollar is helping save my Mom's life.

Again, Thank you all, I hate to have to ask this of you
