These females are nominated on line by friends and family.
So, they go to the female and corner her with her friends and family nearby. 2 weeks earlier, they videotape female for all her fashion fuck ups. They watch the videotape with her in front of friends and family and tear her apart.
Then, they give her $5,000 on the condition they can throw away clothes of their choosing in her arsenal, and she must buy clothes by the rules they set forth.
Then, they go to her wardrobe and tear that apart. The humiliation at this point is horrible. Good stuff!
She is flown to New York with 3 outfits of her choosing...Work,Casual,Going out. and stick her in a 360 degree mirror so she can see how hidious she looks.
She is ripped apart again for each outfit, then shown something they think will work and they explain why, and send her out on her own to shop. They also send a cameraman to follow her, and they of course watch the footage, making EVEN MORE FUN OF HER!!!
The next day, THEY go shoppping with her, and thats that. She then sees the Haircut guy and makeup girl, who frankly both must have holes in their hands because they perform miracles.
Female is then inspected as a complete package by Chick and Homo, and sent back to her friends and family with a cameraman to catch the reactions.

I have seen the show and the problem is if a woman has no taste before and can't maintain herself - she will go back to it again. I live in MO I know, I have seen it.
