Im pulling for the Gators, cause its an SEC team.

However, my alum kicked that gator ass back to Gainesville this year.

Win one for the SEC. At least you guys didnt get shafted like Auburn did a couple years ago. Gawd, just thinking about that makes me sick. To go undefeated for the season and in the SEC and not get a shot at the title. Instead, the Sooners, who couldn't beat their way out of a wet paper bag or the BIG 12 Championship get a shot... and waste it.

Enough of my venting.

I think the game between OU and Boise is going to be a good one. The so called "experts" seem to think its gonna be a blowout but I doubt it.

You might want to check you're press. They were being touted as possibly the best football team ever that year. And not just by the Oklahoma Press corps.

I can't in good faith support for Florida. I will have to support the Buckeyes as they march Across the Field on dem Gators.

I think the voters will be glad they picked Troy Smith after they watch that game.

Who's gonna blow out who??? It must be a Boise blow out. OU can't put up the points to blow anyone out.

Look at who Boise State has played.
Sac St, Oregon St, Wyoming, Hawaii, Utah, La Tech, New Mexico St, Idaho, Fresno St, San Jose St, Utah St, Nevada
Each one an absolute juggernaut of defensive play.

I think at the end of the night Boise State will realize they should play some teams with defenses if they want the ranking and respect of the rest of the country.

Sooners by 14 in this one.

Herbstreit seems to think OU is going to blow out Boise. I doubt. Defense or no Defense, Boise State has a good offense...I say its going to be a close game.....

Herbstreet picked Nebraska last Saturday too.
The line today is 8 in OU's favor.
I'd say that's about right.
The biggest line on the bowl games was 13.5 for TCU and 11.5 for Texas over Iowa.
OSU is getting 8 over Florida.

Is 8 considered a blow out? I don't gamble so I don't know.

I checked my press and the Sooners got a backyard whoppin by USC, Id say USC was better that day, that year. Auburn played 5 Top 10 opponents and won them all that year. OU played Texas, barely. Then lost to KSU in the Big 12 championship game. OU goes over Auburn because they beat baylor by 4 TD and Auburn played one weak nonconf game. What BS!!!

Who else did they play? Mizzou, KU, OSU, TT. How many Big 12 teams had winning records?

We can also bring up the ass kicking they got from LSU.

Let me say this, OU is a university I consider among the elite in college football. I love OU!!! Why? They beat Alabama They have tradition, championships, and steroid shooting Bosworth. JK on that last one.

BSU wont know what defense is when OU steps on the field. Actually, the closest BSU will come to winning that game will be while they are still on the bus. OU by 17, more depending on Stoops mood. Smurf turf or not, BSU better be glad OU is playing with a wrecked up team.

But, in 2004, my friends, Auburn University had the best college football team on the planet. It was shown during (13-0) the season and after (4 first round draft picks, all starting in the NFL now)

But this year, Auburn is over-rated and over-ranked. Cotton bowl prediction: Nebraska 17, Auburn 10

I agree on both of those. Even though Auburn is the only team to beat FL they are still over-rated and over Ranked.

And yes even though FL is in the Champ game they still need a playoff.
