It's titled "My Ideal Woman" by Buddy Lee it's kind of a long boring read for most people and apparently much harder to find then I originally anticipated.
But here is the Abridged version.
She has to be a woman not a girl.
Look just as sexy in an evening gown as in a T-shirt and Jeans. (or nothing)
Be ready to head out the door on 20 minutes notice. (No 90 minutes to do her hair etc. just to run to bloody store)
Be able to properly use a knife and fork when required but also not worry about getting some BBQ sauce under her nails at other times.
Not be afraid to get dirty or greasy. This includes crawling under the Rover and helping out.
Must like camping and Wheeling.
Must be open minded and willing to try something new
Have an adventurous spirit.
and the list goes on. But I guess those are the main concepts.

All of your friends would adore her because yet she is proper.....she knows how to loosen up and drink a beer at the game. She likes to go to sporting events and even do some trash talking at the game. All of your friends would want her to come out w/you...and you would not feel the need for the escape from her. You miss her while you are away from her. When you do leave...she kisses you w/her eyes closed...and hands on your cheeks everytime.
She doesn't necessarily have to be a mother but have the internal instincts as one. She understands children and the importance of knowing that one simple positive influence on a child can forever change the blueprint for their life. She looks children in the eye and listens. She can make them laugh...and understand that their stresses....and first loves....ones that seem so small to us...... she knows how huge those are to them.
She is full of class and yet is comfortable w/her sexuality behind closed doors. No one would guess that she was fitted w/satin and lace...and some fish nets beneath her power suit during the weekdays. She embraces her feminitiy and prefers silk over sweatpants to sleep in. However, she is cute when she wears your tshirt to bed. She shaves her legs (lol) daily because she enjoys the seduction of rubbing them on you.....and they are purely satin to the touch...because she chooses the sweet, subtle scent of lotion than perfume. You love when she goes to bed w/wet hair and when you slip into the sheets.....you can't help but whisper to yourself about the radiant warmth she exudes. Her kisses only make you want more....because when she kisses you...you can feel the passion that she has for you.
She is a non comformist...and does not judge others on race...religion....or differences from hers. She'd rather learn from others because she knows she doesn't know it all. She will not think she is always right in an argument...and will apologize if needed. She does not harbor hatred or carry baggage because if you are being an asshole.....she'll tell you that you are being an asshole. You will never get the classic response "Nothing" when you ask her what is wrong...because you will know.
When you ask her what she wants to do...she won't say.."I don't care...whatever you want to do"....she'll actually throw out a suggestion. She won't expect you to buy her drinks or food everytime you go out....but insists on buying for you. She loves to eat steak over salad...and admits she loves desserts. Although she is a healty eater, she understands the importance of good health and exercise.
She doesn't just enjoy the chick flicks....but would rather see an action film....or movies about history or war. She is clearly interested in your day.....and you aren't afraid to tell her about the woman w/the large breasts that came into your office or place of work that day...LOL....
She shows you compassion and empathy....and thrives on trying new things. She may make fun of it.....but if you just dare her.....she has no choice but to prove that she can do it.

Yeah I always find myself geographically challenged. Well I'm moving the Raleigh this summer to start a new Job. So maybe things will be better there. If not I think I hear Colorado calling my name next.
