Default Request from Rovers North

We are now the Hood Blackout supplier form Rovers North. They have called and asked if we would prepare and mock up a D90 Hood Blackout kit. What do you guys think would be the response from the D90 guys?

Anyone?

Why limit yourself? Make em for the Range Rovers as well... I think Classic owners would buy em..

i'd consider buying one, but it would be rather difficult to test it on my rig out here in CA.

i guess you're right, it wouldn't be. i don't know what i was thinking. not really sure i'd need a blackout kit though because i'm probably gonna get diamond-plating for the hood (powder-coated of course) to match the wing protectors.

i live in SC, almost on the SC/Scotts Valley border, so not in the mountains. i'm usually outta the fog though.

My rangie's just waiting for modifications (and definitely testing them) . Rovers North is such a great supplier. They have great technical advise as well.

I would deffinately want one on my 110,and their bonnet is the same as a D90. I have 4 Hella 550s on the overhead mounts and because the glare was so bad off the bonnet, I had "eyebrow" plates which kept the hood in the dark, but they fluttered so much at highway speed, I had to take them off.
As a simple soultion I was considering just having the shop shoot the bonnet with flat black. I think I'll go out and mark off the edges of the glare area some night and see how much really needs to be blacked out. My night time offroading is not just recreational so it's important I get as much light out there, the outer two being about 15 degrees to either side
