just plain crazy! I had to investigate this this is actually a stunt driver for the Dukes of Hazard movie coming out soon. I don't know if this was just shot by someone on the set? Or part of a nice publicity stunt to promote the film?? Either way it is bad ass!

lol, IB, I had a 66 Kombi as well maybe 12 years ago...

British racing green on the bottom, and creme white above. Lowerd. Pull out bed.
Man that thing was a bitch for reliability.
No porche rims, just creme painted rims with wolfsburg hubcaps.

Looked sharp though..

No way! Do you have a picture? I'll try to get one of mine and scan it in. Mine was baby blue on the bottom with white on top lowered with chrome 15's. I miss that thing - heck we could pull the motor in 15 min. If one blew I would just go buy a rebuilt for dirt cheap! Rewire the whole thing in a day! I even wired dome lights awww man, good times. Have you seen what people are paying on Ebay for those now!?

I guess Volkswagen owners do grow up ot buy Rovers

I would love to know how many takes it took to get that stunt correct. Awesome Dukes of Hazard stuff.

Can't get the mpeg to work... I am a huge Dukes fan so I want to see it!! haha. I ran across this picture a few weeks ago of a Disco in orange with the 01 on the side, but I believe it had the Union Jack (does everybody call it this?) on it. That'd be so fun to do!! So what if half the reason I have the DVD sets is because Bo Duke (John Schneider) is gorgeous! Let me know why this won't work for me!!

It seems like they took it off the site. I'll try to find it and send it to ya, or update the link.
