part of the reason you thought you had 24 spline was due to the brits using a different VIN format, ie secret decoder ring.

I run into it every day as my parts catalog is set up for Brit sequence VINs.

With 32" tires you shouldn't have any issues with any axle that is of even a Dana 30's strength equivalent. Usually when you hit 33"s and beyond is when you start seeing axle problems with any stock axle type (considering most stock axles be it Rover, Jeep, Mitsu, etc are at least the equivalent of a D30). And even then you only see frequent breakage when people use WAY to much of the skinny pedal.

You are fine with standard axles unless you drive like an idiot or change your diff ratios.

I've been running 33's for a year now on stock 24 spline rears and 10 spline fronts. I have had one failure on the front, but I attribute that to loss of fluid more than the tires. I admit I have been babying her and my 3.9 is tired.

its ok. but keep in mind that every model has different 10 spline.
