Who owns this truck? Was a 2003 (I think) and had a TJM bumper, ladder and dog guard. No lift.
Parked in front of me and I saw the LRO sticker in the window.... Just wondering! ![]()

That was me, it's nice to see someone local on the board! Were you at the Spring Rally a couple months ago with your husband... if so I met him. He was in a blue Rover and I remember him saying his wife was there in a lifted Disco.
Thanks for the post! *edit* actually he was in a grey Rover, I got two mixed up, so it probably wasn't your husband.

Cool-it's fun to find people! When I went into the store there was a burgundy DII parked to my left and when I came out I noticed you parked in front of me! I always park near other Rovers!!
We didn't make the Spring Rallye this year....we have a camp about 5 minutes from Montebello so we actually skipped the event. My husband coaches Babe Ruth baseball and we had a tournament that weekend too. We have been to MAR almost every year though! You should definitely caravan with us this year. I really like the TJM bumper....especially on the newer Discos. My sister has a blue 2003 that she keeps wanting to sell me, but I love my 95! You ready to lift that truck yet?! ![]()

I've been seeing a bunch of Disco's in town lately. I just got the bumper and still need to get a bracket to mount the factory fog lights. I'm not a big wheeler right now that's why I got a TJM, I really like the looks. I'm probably going to just get a 2" lift later this year, I like the Hurrican rims and just want to get the next size up 18".
Maybe I'll see you around town!

Well since you live in VA.. you have no excuse not to come to MAR this year!! You'll meet a bunch of people from here, and get your feet wet into offroading... its a great time!

Exactly! You don't even have to offroad your truck if you don't want to. There are tons of people who are willing to accept a passenger and you can keep yours clean and new! Hell, sometimes just driving around the camping area is like wheeling when it rains!
![]() Be sure to wave if you see me! I've noticed a lot more Discos around lately as well. Oh, and I like the stock wheels with a lifted truck. My A/T tires have been a great addition b/c I still drive my truck daily, but like having the extra traction.

I'm going to try and make it to MAR at least a day or two. The wife if due in October, so I can't be running off by myself at this time, so it may just be a day trip to check out whats going on.
