Default Does this stuff look stolen to you

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LAND-...QQcmdZViewItem

Now some of his items changed in the last few hours but on their was a headlight for an 03 RR that retails for eight hundred dollars and he was selling it used for only one fifty. And it wasn't used. The marks on the headlight and the brand new bolts in the back of the unit gave it away.

And how does one come upon a brand new radiator still in the box.

and a few Stormer wheels with used tires.

I can understand selling used tires or maybe used rims in packages but only specializing in say LR or another manufacturer.

Something seems fishy. How does a seller get so many rims and tire packages off of so many different vehicles and still sell them? Seems like the guy is selling stolen rims and getting away with it. I also suspect he is selling brand new LR parts that were stolen from the dealership.

Trust me the Radiator alone goes for well over five hundred.

I work for a logistics company and when a truck company (Yellow, Roadway, ABF... all the major ones) have items that the consignee refuses, or they lose or damage the item shipped. They get a claim filed against them and if they pay, they now own it. It then gets sold to people that have contracts to buy these items for pennies on the dollar. A guy at our work has a contract with one truck company, he buys pallets of stuff for $10-50 bucks. He bought a pallet of solder for $20.00 and one spoll was platinum jewlers solder, he sold it for $18,000 on ebay a week later. He can get wheel packages and spare car parts for nothing, you just have to wait for a truck company to lose it and have a claim filed against them.

yeah but these aren't new wheels and tires.

They are used sets. And not even complete sets.
