Hi,
I was wondering if all of you with diesel powered Series III or early Defender 90/110 can weigh in with your fuel mileage. Also what type of diesel engine is in your vehicle? Thanks. |

A 2.5 normally aspirated out of a 90/110 will do about the same but has beter power and torque figures. I also have a 200tdi 2.5 in my 90 and that will happily do 28mpg plus, again depending on what you are hauling around. The benefits of the tdi (and yes they will go in to any series vehicle) is that your cruising speed is greatly improved.
