As with every oil change I always add a bottle of Land Rover fuel system conditioner, P/N LRN5010 to my DII. Never really paid much attention to the price but this time I did notice the price went way up from what I thought I was paying, it's now $20 per bottle .
Is there any equivalent alternative that's cheaper or maybe not everyone is adding this?
Thanks

Seafoam is a good general product or if you a better product, buy a can of B&G's 44K, far better for only a few dollars more.

Use either Gumout Regane Complete Fuel System Cleaner or Redline SL-1. Both relatively cheap at your local autostores.
Chevron techron concentrate is also good, but more expensive. You want a fuel system cleaner with a lot of PEA in it. The ones I mentioned above have the most PEA than any other cleaner.

wouldn't use the phrase "cheap" for these things, injector cleaners are just dirt cheap. theres no point going for that mighty royal Land Rover branded fuel system conditioner, matter of fact seafoam or gumout will do a even better cleaning job for your engines. Last time I check the LR accessories brochore, they want $55 for a T-shire, $25 for a Hat, go figure

It's not like I am going to do this without asking my mom first.
I push a lot of Seafoam, for 2 reasons, 1, it works pretty well, 2, it used to be pretty cheap, now $10.
If you want it done right, spend the money, $22 at most Napa's and both the short oan d long term results will be by far the best when used in the tank.
For an induction cleaning both offer a good product to help clean out the manifold and valves.

I am a big Lucas promotor but I have found that if you first want to clean out your head and valves, the B&G will have it done at the end of 1 tank of gas at which time the Lucas will maintain it. Lucas on it's on will take months and months on a really dirty system.
A suggestion, if you run the Lucas gas additive, buy the bigger bottles, it will save you a lot of money.
