Default Hi every 1

well some of you might remember me as a lost teen in love with a discovery. well long story short my dad bought the disco back in 96 (new) and it was getting old and he wanted to sell it. so i took a stand and offered to keep it. well with out a licence (I'm a freshman in high school) and with out any money it was a lost cause. to fast forward my dad did get rid of the rover and bought a Toyota highlander hybrid. but the person it went to was my mom and her boyfriend (for like 5 years now). he is a service adviser or something at a land rover dealer and use to be a technician. so he knows his way around thees things. So now the land rover lives happily in basking ridge new jersey (i live in newark DE) doing things like takeing mom to wonk in the harsh weather she dosent want to drive her s4 through, takeing us on snowboarding trips, and hauling ATVs. And i count the days till i get my licence so i can finlay be united with my dream car. yea most kids want a dumb civic wit flashing lights and nice rims i want my rover so i can drive over crap till i break something.
but my reson for posting was that today i met a guy who was in his drive way working on his rangerover classic LWB very nice looking made me fall off my skateboard when i passed it becasue wansnt watching to road and hit a rock. well it turns out he sawped a 03 rangerover engen into it and he has a disco too. and i think he said his son has 2 disco. so i want to go back and talk to him so more i was with some of my friends who dont shair my love for land rovers. o and by the way i told his about landroversonly.com hopefully he will show up soon

It will come soon enough... and then it will all start wizzing by... enjoy yourself where you're at now. Years down the road you will look back and laugh and remember these years with fondness..

Shit I sound like a feakin' old man...

hey, thats about when I bought my rover.....where you are not almost. It was a bit short of 10 months from my license.

Good luck on a good job, worth it to get a good car......

....those commercials that are like the kid shows up at the party and the people are like "hey you made it", but then he's the pizza guy deliving pizzas in his BMW 3 series......and the commercial if for a dodge neon......F-that $h!t, I would have a smile on my face the whole night with that BMW.....dodge neon....ehh, I rather work and own a less shitty vehicle, no offense.

What if, you buy a BEAT up Rover, and restore it little by littel so that when the time comes...you'll have yourself a worthy daily driver and trail rig!...

lol...Just a thought!
