Oh and in GTA San Andreas, I would say it is also a "Range Rover" video game as I have said in the thread I started about this vehicle looks like this one.

Cause one SUV in the game looks damn close to an RRC and I can drive every where with it while cruising the game.

jeez....its not that amazing. If we are lucky then there will be a professionally skinned military D90 in this new british expansion comming out for Battlefield 2.....not only would it be very highly detailed but you could shoot at it and blow it up

hehe.....I dont play it often anymore...I got into it for a while, then it kinda died on me. I am an old BF1942: Desert Combat vet gone BF2.....though I like it, its not the same as it was back with DC v0.7 If I play any comp games anymore, its probably CS:Source....

Usernames on both are either keptin or kepten....source might be something else, but the friend system sucks so bad its not even worth using.

Well, I guess this is going to start making the internet rounds now... I have been working on this project for a little over a month now and I'm pretty pleased with the progress so far since it is my first foray into OpenGL. I am by no means finished with the development, not by a long shot. There really isn't much of a 'game' aspect to it yet, but I'm going to be adding a few goal oriented game options in the near future. I've also got models for a 110, and Series I pickup that have yet to be converted, but they'll make it in eventually...

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I'd love to hear them.

I hope you enjoy it

Now why on earth would you want to blow up a perfectly good D90?

dont get me wrong im not trying to downtalk it....anything is nice to have We all do stuff for no other reason but that we own/love LRs.....is just some of us have OpenGL and Maya skills

Thanks cgray, sry for seeming to "dis" what you have made...I still appreciate anything anyone has to offer....its just when it comes to LRs in video games they are very over gratified due to how rare it is......ie. a short ways back there was a cell phone game where you could drive a 2D RRsport from side to side (like old school arcade racer)......anyway...it got a lot of attention

...oh yeah,..about the blowing up....its just like how it would be an interesting experiece to be handed an aluminum baseball bat and then pointed to a shiny Ferrari that was meant just for that.....or rather when you get to see hummers and stuff eat it in the action films by getting blown up or filled with lead....that sort of thing
