![]() Apr 27 2007 By Jon Griffin, Birmingham Mail MIDLAND motor giant Land Rover is set to clock up another major milestone - with its four millionth vehicle. The world-renowned 4x4 manufacturer is putting the finishing touches to a Discovery 3 which will mark four million vehicles produced since the first Land Rover in 1948. The vehicle will roll off the line on May 8 - to be greeted by actress Joanna Lumley, the VIP guest at a special ceremony at the company's Solihull headquarters. She will receive the vehicle on behalf of the Born Free Foundation, the wildlife and conservation group of which she is the Founding Patron.
