Default LR2 Aftermarket parts & accessories

Hey yall!
First post here! I recently bought my first LR! It is a 2009 LR2. I am VERY happy with it.
I am finding it very hard to find aftermarket parts and accessories for the LR2. I have looked extensively for a chrome grille and have not found any. Some LR2's on CarDomain have chrome grilles but no products are listed. Are there some manufacturers for these products (exterior chrome mainly) that i am missing?

Thanks in advance!
Ross

Chrome exterior accessories on an LR2 will do only two things for you:

1) You will cheapen the vehicle by making it look like it was built for a reality show or a rap video.

2) You will demean every other Rover owner by trying to make an LR2 look like it is supposed to be a higher line model. (Accessories do not make the truck).

The LR2 is a very capable vehicle for what it is. And versus other vehicles in the class, it is a darned nice truck. Be happy with it for what it is. Don't try to make it something it isn't.

I do not see adding a small amount of chrome as "cheapening" the vehicle. I have owned two chevrolet 2500 HD 4x4 trucks, which i have customized(and added minimal amounts of chrome). One of which was featured in a nationally published magazine. I also see no way that a Range owner or even a LR3 owner would take offense to the addition of accessories to the LR2... The vehicles are very different, with very little aesthetic resemblance. I merely wish to personalize my vehicle.

Any suggestions regarding sources for a chrome and/or billet grille will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks is advance,
Ross

Yeah Strut? That's like $2k min. easy. Dude just check on ebay or google. There's a company here with chintzy chrome accent bars for $40:

LAND ROVER LR3 / LR2 Chrome Grill

Or if you want to replace the whole thing for less than the cost of your rims:

FREELANDER 2 MESH GRILLE - autostyleshop.com

Later,
Tom

P.S. You could even just get some mesh and make your own:

Range Rover Mesh Grille Material to customize your Land Rover
