Question Never seen one of these before modded defender

Just perusing my local online car sales website and saw this

That's not a Land Rover build, but just your bog standard Defender110 with trackdrive adapters, manufactured by one of several different companies.
Ive seen those very track adapters on a Dodge dually pickup on another website. Seems to me it was a utility company truck in Canada.

Lots of tracked vehicle adapter info here:

Actually a pretty popular conversion. If you do a search for tracked land rovers, you'll get a good number of hits. Lots of photos out there. Nice find.

Thanks for the link Terry, I diddn't even know these guys existed, and there in my backyard! As for the tracks, the only ones Iv'seen in the US for sale was Mattracks for about $30K new.
