I have a Stage 1 which has no identification, the chassis plate has gone and it looks as if the chassis has been replaced at some stage.
Is there any way that Land Rover or anyone else can reference the vehicles details from the engine number ? |

Try these for a start.
http://www.fourfold.org/LR_FAQ/ http://bangernomics.tripod.com/stage1.htm http://www.ebroadcast.com.au/ecars/L...es/Stage1.html If you post the engine number I have a catalogue or Rover V8s which should give a year of manufacture. If you don't want to post details on here, email me direct. If you do a search on Yahoo for "Land Rover Stage 1" or "Series 3 Stage 1" some more may come up. there is a Series 3 club in the UK which could help also. Alan |

The Series Three Owners Club can be found at www.series-3.com, Get in touch with Frank king on there, he should be able to point you in the right direction.
