Tom, can I ask why you want one?
The concept of cold starting our Rovers and letting them warm up, is really hard on our engine because they run so rick. Pretty good way to foul out your oil and carbon your valves.
Just food for thought.

I have so many cars I only drive my RR once or twice a month but I thought with winter cold coming a remote starter on it might entice me to take it out a bit more often.
When I bought mine used it already had one installed. It works good, but if you touch the break before turining the key it will shut off. I barely ever use it because you have to hit Unlock, Lock, Unlock, Lock for it to start.

Mike, how long should you let the truck warm up before moving?
Five minutes? One Minute? Or just wait for the idle to pull down and then go?

I live in Colorado where we can get down to the -20 degree mark. I give my truck a minute to let the tranny get up to speed and I head out.
Yes, it would be nice to jump into a preheated Rover and just go but not wise. I tend to think what is best for my truck, which is to get rolling and up to operating temp as has as possible.
So for me, I turn on the seat heater after I start up, give it a minute and I am off.
