Default roverconnection.com - anyone buy stuff from em?

Land Range Rover Sport LR3 LR2 Discovery Defender Freelander Genuine OEM Accessories Parts has a front brushguard i will be ordering (either them or atlantic british) to be put on my 2004 disco in 3 weeks. I was wondering if anyone has worked with them before because they have the brushguard listed at $595 while atlantic british has it listed at $699

any customer reviews would be appreciated.

Stolen, they are located here in Utah, I will find out what I can for you. I think an Asian guy runs it.

Small operation but Ive bought several things from them over the years. Most recently an 140amp alternator. Worked well. Gordo

i'm buying a genuine part so quality control (unless damaged in shipping or used) isn't an issue. thanks for the help. i think i've found myself a new parts dealer for a few odds and ends.

They're pretty good, I've never had any problems with them. I think my only beef is their shipping policy. It's something like $5 + 8% of the subtotal. It's not bad, but depending on what you buy, it can eat into the savings you thought you were getting. But like all the other rover parts places, you really need to do your homework to find the best price. I haven't found any rhyme or reason to it at all.

That right there would concern me, man. Even RTE always picks up on the second try, no matter how busy they are. And GBR, no matter how busy Bill ever is, always returns calls, and picks up on the first or second.

Did you ever check on RoversNorth's price? It just seems strange to me that with all of the choices out there, you've only talked about the two aftermarkets, plus your dealer. Did you check all of the others?

Hell man, you could buy a RTE slimline bumper for what you're getting that one for. But then again, that could start you down the long road to the dark side of modifications. lmao.
