Use of Mobil One 0W40 in TD5? - Land Rovers Only

Hi,

This is a cross post from Disc II section.

Need some advise on the use of Mobil One 0W40 standard in my Discovery II TD5. Is it a good oil to use. I noticed only after using the standard 0W40 that also available is Mobil One 0W40 Turbo Diesel. What is the difference and should I rather have used this oil?

i would give Mobil a call. im sure they would be able to help you more than any of us could.
