What is your LR's name?

This may have been posted before but I did a search and turned up nothing. Pretty much everybody names vehicles they have to put as much effort into as our Land Rovers require. So what are some of the names and back stories you've given your rovers?

Mine is the Warthog, because I have a tendency to blaze trails with it and when its running through the saw grass it looks like a hog rooting through the brush.

I named the D2 Mule, the RRC doesn't have one. Although most of the time I just call them as Disco and Rangie.
Now you got me thinking about given them proper names.

The Disco is just "the disco" in my house. The 73 coil hybrid is "the goat". I just finished climbing a muddy rocky hillclimb in the rain that my buddy got hung up on in his monster RR on 37's when he said "You went up that thing like a billy goat(insert weird goat sound effect here)" Another friend said "There's your name, billy goat, or mountain goat" My wife said how about just the goat, done.

"The Goat",1973 Series III coil conversion, Daihatsu 2.8 Td, power steering, dual ARBs Etc.

My Grand Uncle named his Morris Isis "Sarah Vaughn". Somehow that name fitted that car.

This was a thread from late 2004 or early 2005, so that's why it won't show up in a search.
We still haven't given any of ours names, because, as I said way back then, they don't come when called anyway.

We call the 110 "the 110"
we call the Range Rover "the Range Rover"

Similarly we call the Freelander just that, the 2A is known affentionately as "the 2A", The Disco is refered to as the XD, and the 109 is called, guess what... You got it, "the 109"

Oh, yeah, the Blue S3 is called the parts truck.

All 3 of my kids have names, but they, too, do not come when called either.

My Rover is named "Victoria", a proper name for the female voice with a seductive british accent that speaks to me from the Nav system.

Man that minx is hot....

We are calling her "The Phantom". She is too dark and mean looking with the Bonatti Grey, hood blackout and tinted windows to be called anything else.

What is your LR's name?-img_0868.jpg
