You need a tool similiar to this to release the part holding it in. You can get these at most stereo places cheaper.

I have 4 tiny holes.

Those won't fit in the hole.
I already have 2 of those.
They're way to big for the holes.

chances are you need a tool very similar to the tool used for fords. Its a couple loops and depresses the lock so you can "yank" it out. this looks like what you need. Im assuming your trying to pull the stock unit, don't know of any aftermarket units that use this type of removal.

My radio doesn't look like that it has a cd not a cassette.
It also has no "door"

Just four holes on each corner.
Pretty sure theres no screw since I could get the wrenches all the way in.

This is one of the tools you are looking for.

BMW Radio Removal Tool BMW3022 - I know BMW same thing for this application.
Heres who has it:

SIR Tools BMW Radio Removal Tool

or

Bmw Factory Radio Stereo Dash Removal Tool Keys Key - eBay (item 230389435890 end time Nov-16-09 09:44:50 PST)

I prefer the looped tools cus youjust jam them in there and pull outward on the loop ends.
Or with this set you can get ANY stereo out

But really, go to the local car stereo place and they will pull it or at least pop the latches with the above super tool.

UGH!

The last time I had to pull a stereo I had the same problem. I cut two pieces from a thick metal hanger. Made them about 6" long and looped them like the ones shown; pushed them in and pulled out the stereo.

I still have them in my tool box.

Very creative approach! You you have to get the latches to release inside. Often, they brake cus it is jerked out of there...So .... if you ever plan on putting it back be cautious. I broke mine on removal and now the stock system would slide in and if I were to hit a large bump!

At the very least, the local car stereo place will do it cheap. Often for about the price of the tool you will use one time ever...

Certainly, more effective than spending hours doing something that is futile. What is your time worth?

Great Success.

I was doing the correct thing just wasn't getting enough tension to pull it out.

After some extreme tugging it came out pretty easily.

Now what wires do what?
Anyone have a color coded pin out?
