Thumbs up Buy some stickers...

After all the hoopla that was made, I have only sold stickers to 8 people..

I was hoping to use these as a fund raiser to help defray some of my costs (averaging a bit over $200 a month now) of running this site. If anyone wants any stickers, please don't be shy and click the sticker link on the green navigation bar at the top of each page. They are only $3.85 each or 4 for $10 shipping included.

Thanks!!!

WHAT!!! 8!!!

Although I do feel priviledged to be one of the 8, these things should have sold like Hot Cakes!!!

Common guys! These things are sweet! You dont need to put them on your Rover you know...

But if you do...

Yep.. I pay about $150 a month to Google for the Adwords campaign which brings in new people everyday. About $150 in bandwith/hosting fees... and I make about $50-80 a month from advertising.. so actually I am out more like $250 a month... eek... hee hee..

Not to worry, I am not going to shut it down.. just buy some stickers people.. hee hee... you don't have to if you don't want to...

Serg
I haven't received mine yet but as soon as I do I will order some more and sell them locally.

I'm willing to donate some products and maybe you can have an auction or a raffle and use the money to help pay for the cost.

At the last ROVERS event we donated Hella Lights, Pelican Cases and some QuickFists. For the SCARR event in TX we donated some Waffleboards and a set of Rear Lowered Shock mounts. My point is we are willing to help in any way we can.

And THANKS Serg for your time and effort!!!

FFS! click it if you don't know what this acronym means
Buy a sticker or two! If you enjoy this site as much as I do you owe it to Serg to buy a sticker.
What's 5$ to a Rover owner? Everyone knows your rich cause you own a Rover!
So buy g-damned sticker or I will be forced to hunt each and everyone of you down that don't.

Yeah its a crappy picture and I would have taken one with me in my shirt that I bought but I wore it on Monday. Yeah....he sells shirts too!!!! I wonder if he sells hats? I need a new hat....
Help him out.

Okie...

Yeah hats too.. and I see you bought one of the stickers from cafepress that I have.. the ones I have made are much nice...

John..

Thanks for buying some stickers. I sent them out a few days after you sent me the address. You should have had them at least a week ago! Hmmmm
If you don't get them by Friday, let me know and I will send you out 4 more. No problem!

I appreciate the offer of product. I am not really asking for donations, I just thought the stickers would be a good way to go.

My advanced age and the stress of a wedding (my oldest daughter's) have caused me to misinterpret the stickers and I ordered one from Cafe Press. So to atone for my slippage, [we all have slippage, sometimes it's good (ky) sometimes it's bad, (large rock face)], I have ordered 4 of your stickers and will adhere them to my Rover and remove the inferior Cafe sticker and burn it in tribute to the Rover gods so that my air conditioning belt will stop slipping.

Crap Serg, you're too freakin nice. Okie has the right approach: To all you all you cheapassed sombitches out there, You can go out and buy lights, winches, bumpers, 24 dollar fuel filters, scrape the damn lint off your wallets and buy some of these stickers. All you $12 cigar smoking P38 owners, show the other fools at the club you got some balls, and take that thing further off road than your front lawn. All you series drivers, buy a bunch and put them over your cracked windshields. Disco drivers, get some extras and use em to seal up the rusted hole in your wheel arches, and ECU covers. Defender owners; who the hell are you kidding, you got so much duct tape holding piecesparts onto the truck, get some damn class and put something on that looks not half bad and cover up the duct tape. Classic owners, you need between 9 and 12 to cover your rotted out upper tailgates. They will worked equally well holding taillights on, as they will for front turnsignals. One sticker costs less than a carwash, so all you posers who actually don't get muddy, skip tuesdays appointment to get detailed, and get some detail. Freelander drivers wanna loose the nickname "freeloader"? Buy one cheap sticker, and we'll lay off a week, buy four and you're home free.
These stickers are big enough to cover dead bugs and teenage zits. Hell I may buy some more and put them on all the Lexus thingys at the Stop& Shop . Jeez, what a bunch of pikers!

Default One More Thing!

Where's that filthy rich bastard who wouldn't buy my $100 exhaust manifold cuz he's got so much he paid the dealer $500. You got your stickers yet? Better get some or I'll crack your other manifold, maybe.

Easy there, Terry! FYI, I just had to sell both my D90 and my wife's D1 in order to build an addition to our home. We just adopted two Cambodian boys and we need the space, obviously. Would love to buy some stickers, but I no longer have any LR's to put them on. However, I suppose I could buy two. I could then send them to you with a note instructing you to wrap them around your fingers so you won't be able to type and distribute any more of this rather offensive material.

This is my last day on this forum since without LR's I have no real reason to visit. What an unfortunate close to what had been a very pleasurable experience...

Oh, wait! Did I say I'm just kidding?
