Exclamation Donate to Hurricane Katrina Victims

Most of us fortunate enought to be able to afford the upkeep of our Land Rovers should have some extra cash we can spare for the people affected by Katrina.

I challenge everyone to give whatever they can, be it money, resources, products or just moral support to those that may need it.

I will kick this off. I just made a $500 donation to the Red Cross. Please, give what you can. Even $1 will help.. it all helps!

I have set up direct links to the Red Cross at the top and bottom of each page. Let's do our part.

Sincerely,

Serg

I have friends down there that I'm sending supplies to. That way they get the stuff they need now.

Most Serious Defender and Series owners know George Laird, at Rovers Down South. He's a great guy who will go out of his way to get you the parts you need. Knowing where his business was located, I'm not hopefull that it survived.

Yes, Serg, You are right. We all can afford to give and it's the children who need our help the most. Give the the Red Cross, or to the Salvation Army.

Yep,
George at RDS has his business located near the airport, in an area that judging by the satellite photos is now under water. From what I gather, he was ferrying planes out of the area on Sunday...

I made a donation to the Red Cross and would urge everyone else too as well. I know times are tight, but *any* donation will help *someone*.
