Well this place it starting to be a bit more than I can handle on my own.. I am looking for moderators. Here are some of your duties:
Moderate posts
Moderate threads
move posts into appropriate sections (many people post in the wrong sections and their posts need to be moved to the right sections)
Adding announcements to forums
Banning users (on OK from me first)
Stopping ruining of threads by irrelevant banter
Starting conversations and posts on interesting AND relevant topics
much more.. I will give you free reign so you can be creative
And more.. You won't have access to add new forums, or anything like that. Basically I need some hall monitors..if anyone is interested please let me know. I would like to know why you are interested and why I should pick you. In reality I need several people.. you can choose to moderate certian sections, etc... so if anyone is interested, you can post here or PM me..
Oh.. this would be a volunteer thing.. I can throw a hat or shirt or something your way, but I can't afford pay you. I will bump up your Avatar and image attachment sizes as well.
Serg

well if you can nominate someone I nominate funrover.......for his ability to accumulate 1500+ posts since october....
....wow...
I am interested, but I already manage my website....another forum....and my cardomain page.....plus do yearbook and that just plain takes up my life.
......serg, if you really need help I will volunteer. I dont want anything in return because I probably wont be able to do as much as others (me very busy). But I will do what you say to the extent that I can. I would definatly need to be explained exactly what I am to do and how to look for it before starting though.
Why? I am rover OCD (ie. THIS) Also it would be an ego booster....."im a moderator"...."oooh...ahhh", and since you need help....and....thats about it
Yes a nice ego boost to anyone who wants the job..
ALSO keep in mind that theer is NO programming or HTML involved. If you can click a menu button and select an item from a drop down list, you can be a moderator.. it is VERY easy! I will walk the interested parties through it.. Keep in mind this is VERY simple!
