You can get public access to GTR, its the site that all dealers use. You have to pay to use it.

But, If you decide to get it then remember this, Any posting of service bulletins from GTR is illegal. Its a violation of copyright laws. All information is owned by LR and the ford premier group and can not be posted publicly.

Basically you cant post service bulletins for you and your friends. If you know of anyone who posting copyrighted information especially from Land Rover please advise them to stop or else they could be held legally responsible.

I hate to be a bastard but those are the rules. As a Ford tech we have abided by the same rules with little complaints.

But how would they know whos who, and how would they locate you to convict you ? -- just saying-- i have no clue what GTR is

It's the technical service bulletins he's talking about.. he means that we shouldn't repost them to the site (either from the landrover alldata site or the RAVE cd) since they are copyrighted. If Ford really wanted to, they could go after Serg for hosting them on his servers by being posted on the forums. TSB's have been posted to Discoweb for years, and nothing bad has happened.. but its always a risk, especially more since Ford owns LR now.
