Smart sarcastic comments can't be gauged thru a screen , and sarcasam being the lowest form of wit .Tell it how it is i don't do smart anul people .
The other problem with letting your fingers run away , is you just never know who is on the other end .
Sometimes it pays to take more care choosing your enemies than your friends .

So unless you have anything positive or productive to say .....go find someone else to badger

Sith, Lighten up. You always seem to take the offensive position with any reply you make. As if my saying that you had a landrover motor in a rangie was serious. Yet you go running to the moderators to complain.

I have never said that you have posted in the wrong thread. I was just curious as why you thought your rangie was a hybrid. I also made it quite clear that you had started me thinking about my rangie being classed as a hybrid. I suppose it is, I had just never thought of it as being one.

So lighten up or keep on reading offense into postings that there was none intended. Obviously your "the glass in half empty" type person.

Nice Rangie

Although I can see the confusion where the term "hybrid" is being used.

I guess most think of hybrid like this, here's some pics of Range Rover's

Cut down to 88" with Series II body work:

80" with a 4.6 V8 CCV special:

Also the Classic Range Rover was produced with the TDI engine (200Tdi) and I think some of the latter V8's may well have had the R380 gearbox as well.

Anyhow nice rig
