can anyone give me any information on how long i can keep my landy in Aus without having a carnet. I am from south africa and want to do a year trip around aus.
and does anyone know where i can hire a reasonably priced 4x4 in aus. i have checked britz, kea and the like. very expensive. the more i spend on a vehicle the less i have to spend in the shops. damn
Carnet for Aus is12 months, what people do is east coast than ship car to NZ for trip over there and then back to Australia to finish West Coast and ship out from Fremantle
