Anyone heading out to the Moose Trophy in Kingston Nova Scotia on the May long weekend? I am planning on going, assuming the old series truck does not give me any major hassels in the next two weeks. If anyone wants to convoy, let me know.

Moose Trophy is an annual event put on by the Nova Scotia group.. Maritime Organisation of Rover Enthusiasts (MORE). It is held by a gentleman out there at his farm and large woodlot. Supposed to be a lot of fun, and is the Canadian May long weekend. If you go to the MORE site ( www.maritimerovers.com ) and look on their forum you will see most of the info you need, can't seem to remember the website for the Moose right now....

I hate to be a nitpicker, but given that the 24th is a wednesday, does your 'long weekend begin then, or end then?
Does anyone know whci boat is running, or both, the Portland or the Bar Harbor? AAXD, I thought you were going up into the Alligash then? |

I just checked out their forum site, the Moose Trophy is the 20th and 21st, same weekend I'll be picking up my 109 from RI, looks like my Allagash trip is going to go on as planned.

The Saint John, NB to Port Royal NS ferry should be running... but unless you are in an old series truck, it is usually better to drive around. I always drive around, took the ferry once and decided that it really was not worth the money.... but that is me..
