Vancouver Diesel Conversion ? - Land Rovers Only

Good day. Am new to this particular forum. Can anyone tell me who would do a good Diesel conversion in my '95 Discovery? I have a 300TDi and 5spd to replace my 3.9ltr. Automatic. I have a $3000 budget which needs to be maximum. Thankyou from Vancouver.
