As I do not have any experience I cannot give you my opinion, but from what I've read in people's threads and such, stay away from BB.
Seems the best choices are Franken lifts (what I have for the time being) and it works flawlessly for me, OME, RTM, Scorpion Racing.

I have to admit...those are probably the most inexpensive Springs around right after used ones. I'd suggest you save your money, and get yourself LR Extra HD Springs from Rovers North

Get OME they last the best, although they are a bit stiff for my taste and the springs are too short. The BB are nice and soft but they sag. My Bro in law had them on his classic and they sagged fast. He then put on RTE's and they sagged up front on one side. Ive got some old RTEs and they sagged too in the rear. Ive got two sets of very old used OME and no sagging problem or at least its even.

Here's a theory. People buy cheap shit thinking they're saving money. Cheap shit sucks. Instead of saying cheap shit sucks and risking looking like they wasted money or made a mistake buying cheap shit, they say the cheap shit is great. They will defend cheap shit until they are blue in the face and a bunch of other cheap shit buying guys are convinced that cheap shit is the way to go. As long as you realize you are getting cheap shit and can admit it and move on, you've learned something. If not, you'll end up bolting angle iron to your steering or making bumpers out of wood.

Like I said I had a set of 3" Big Blues on my Disco and never had a single problem with them. Are they the best out there I don't know, but again I never had a problem with them. I also ran pro comp shocks with the springs and never had a problem with them either. As for pricing, Rovers North has a Bilstein shock/Heavy Duty Spring kit listed for $599. DAP has a Heavy Duty kit with Big Blues and Pro Comps for the exact same price and a OME set up from Lrrforums goes for around $650. Doesn't seem like much of a price difference to me. I have not tried the the RTE or The OME set ups as I never had a need to.

I have been in other LR's with different set ups and to be honest I didn't find enough of a difference to change my mind about the Big Blues. Mind you I didn't have the chance to put thousands of miles on the other set ups and had limited time with those set ups. Not everybody is going to like every set-up, the Big Blues worked for me and put my trucks to the test. Hell I even work my Escalades hard and load them full with various stuff and had them on fire rodes and mild off-road stuff. Quote:
Why do you think the Big Blues are crap? Have you owned a set or you just going by a few that had problems with them?
