Default Car Radio

I have a 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged, I would like to know is there any particular aftermarket radio that would look good and fit in nicely, or any other accessories for factory radio?

i was curious i have navigation already factory, i just wanted a touch screen radio with satelite radio etc. but i want it to fit in like stock
