That stuff actually looks pretty good when it's fresh. But, if you ever get a chip in it, the chip just keeps growing!

We had some molding parts done on a Cadillac. It looked great for about two years. Starting to peel now.

Yeah this would be great for restoring old plastic, "once chrome" parts of a car.

I know there is this cheap stuff on auto parts store's shelves; chrome spray paint. But this looks a bit better.

They do clearcoat to protect the chroming. Go to the website and read some of the stuff. Interesting website.

Comments - Hello from NYC.

I would like a estimate cost of how much to chrome the front grille of a 1996 Land Rover Discovery.

What choices of color chrome would you have? Do you do brush guards as well?

Thanks in advance.

Adam

Adam,
I'm holding off from Chrome coating parts that will be used outside in sunlight. I have been dealing with a yellowing problem that I'm not sure the material supplier has a handle on yet. They have been working on it with me and some testing looks positive. However I personally have not confirmed success on my end. I hope you'd be willing to check with me in 1 month at which time we should have a handle on this. Thanks for your understanding.
Don
