Glove box fix? - Land Rovers Only

I have a 96 Disco 2 and the glove box will not stay shut. Any idea of how to fix without replacing the entire glove box lid, etc.? Appreciate your input.

Can you adjust the the latch or the plate it clips in to. There must be a reason it doesn't stay shut.

Not sure but I think the clove box lid is the same as many Rover cars here in the UK so should be fairly cheap and easy to replace.
