getting the bottom picture which has tappered corners. it is 3/16" steel with reinforced corners, 3/4" thick D-ring mounts.

Looks alright but that top section would die pretty quick if you hit anything, it's only bolted on, can they make it an integral part of the bar rather than an add on?.

Make sure they set it up so it mounts to the frame, not the crush cans or it will not handle a winch well. That was one of the problems with the ARB bumpers, while winching, you can watch them twist.
Nice looking bumper.

not a bad looking bumper. i would not get the top part. And for $333 it should be a steel.

If you borrow a buddys torch and MIG, you can have one for bout 150 bucks. Not to mention the satisfaction of doing it yourself.

total cost of bumber with every option will be under $700. I know i said 1/3, but its probably more around 1/2 the cost. Keep in mind that is also including the shipping it cost to get a bumper to me as no shop carries Land Rover bumpers in stock in my area. So a $1000 bumper quickly goes up to 1200 or 1300 very fast for frieght charges. Reguardless....he seems very secure with his products and offers them very high end jeeps in the area and gets great reviews. On that note, I do not intend for this bumper to be a high end rock crawling mad man bumper, so for those judging it by that, back off. This is a recreational use bumper used for minor to light hardcore offroad. I am still paying for my rover so dont expect me to take into steps that might bend the grill guard of bumper any time soon. Sorry, but i work for a living.
