hella 500's - Land Rovers Only

anyone in here know anything about the hella 500's. i know they are a bottom of the line hella product but are they any good. i am on a budget and they seem to be ok for their price. are they? also, do you think they would work witht the factory fog light switch or do ineed to run a new switch for them?

on a budget I still recommend the FF1000s .. they worked great until I put them under water (which suprisingly, they still work.. i just cant get all the mud out!) .. so i'd recommend sealing them up a bit. I paid around $85 for a set of them w/ wiring harnesses.. and they should work with the factory fog light switch, just run the wiring to it.

I can't imagine why so many people buy the Hella 500. The FF1000 is SO much better. Start looking at other brands in the 'under $100' range and you'll find that there's a lot of bang for the buck out there.
