Default hood blackout

I was wondering if anyone knew where I can purchase a hood blackout decal for my 2002 discovery or if someone was making them how much are they, I have had time finding anyone that wants to try to make one.

robbie, Vigg designs is the way to go as far as vinyls go.

look em up on google, their site has been crappy lately so just give them a call.

You are right Im being silly, I was thinking spray paint dosent lay very well, so I have some extra Ralph Lauren paint I used down stairs I could roll on, the color is Magistrate Black, it looks good in my bathroom...so why not on the rover

Someone may have posted it on this forum at one time or another, but there are actually several who have done whole cars with a roller. See this:

Rickwrench, Alfa GTV, Falcon Squire, Corvair

that contains another link to a mopar forum where that all started from and takes hours to read through..

And it spawned this also..

More than a few, $50-$60 depending on who's decal you compare it to.
Mine lasted about 7 years, just redid it a few weeks ago. Two cans, newspaper and masking tape. About $10.

Go with Vigg. He's a great guy; excellent shipping and service! I installed one on my '99 Disco-1. Make sure to prep your hood properly before you install. Keep a full spray bottle of water/soap handy as you position.
