Hahaha, I'm at work, pics when I get home. Until then... Anyone have any better ideas than what I've found already? Am I the only one with leaking CARB legal jerry cans or is this endemic?

I think this may be a product created to fix the leaky nozzles which come with the can, but maybe I'm just too hopeful...

Ryan beat me to the 'send' key, and he's got to be better looking than me, so I'll throw in my son's front bumper and winch if necessary, but she's gotta be a hotty, cuz I gonna get the shit kicked outa me when he gets home.

Oh snap, he's already got a winch. OK Ryan, she's all yours. I'll just have to whine some more to my wife.

I'm so glad we do not have that california crap up here... give me the old military cans, they never leak.... never could figure out how if these cans are supposed to be better, they leak.. I thought the whole point of them was that they will not leak, and will not let fumes excape..... oh well...

I would recommend staying away from offroadrecovery.com I had to dispute charges with them twice. Because they never shipped the items. Why twice? Well the first one was I ordered a tow strap but accidentally clicked on the wrong size and didn't realize it. So I canceled the order online within 5 minutes. Then I re-ordered the correct item the second time. Well they charged me for both transactions even the canceled on and never shipped either. Would not return emails or calls.

Bought it used I take it? SD racks aren't being manufactured anymore and are very hard to come by in any sort of decent shape it seems (though you wouldn't think so based on this thread).

If anyone has a Hannibal same deal applies.

yes used.

as you know as well they aren't being manufactured again. again, depends on your luck whether you can get a good or bad looking used SD racks. a friend of mine who sold it for $600 is a trustworthy person and the person who bouhgt it from him seemed glad.

I paid $700 for my rack, locally, in mint condition.
