What springs are you running? Are they retained? With long travel shocks in the front you springs will unseat unless your ace is holding the flex back. Then in that case, why the long travel shocks?

the springs that Im running are a local manufactured spring both front and rear are retained with the hight the front is now yes the ACE would hold the flex back I have to get the front springs sorted as for the rear the links from the front are the same as the rear for longer length

the ACE is something which needs to be sorted however as per the picture Ian (P76Rangie) showed that has the same link set up as I have but its the front springs that will show concern

why the longer shocks well all our local bilsteins here where going to have 393mm close the 12" 7100 have 400mm close

Also, You can use a D1 spring perch in the rear to gain about 10mm in height.

You do not have a winch. Do you plan on getting one? If so, that will adjust ride height in the front too.

Nice truck!
Can you get caster correction bushes? can you recomend any one in the states that do them

A work in progress a lot of work that is,

My front ACE arms are binding up which needs to be sorted my local 4x4 shop and these are hardcore lads recommend to grind away the seam on the panard rod bracket and weld the inside to make up the strength and remove the piont of where its binding as I still have about 3 inch in the shock unused both front and rear along with about 2 inch in ACE piston a 6 degree Radius are from QT (Jastin) will sort out the front a 5 degree shim and D1 spring seat will sort out the rear next there after are set of flares deeper dish rims and 35 for the track
