I was wondering if anyone tried putting a raised exhuast a land rover? I see them on the military humvee's and I was courious to see if it is possble for a land rover, or is there a problem with just the practicallity of it all?

Just about anything is possible. A raised exhaust is only usefull if you are considering turning your Land Rover into a regular swimmer, in which case, it would be easier and cheaper to carry an extension hose that can be attached to your existing exhaust and attached as required.

Saw an article in a British Land Rover magazine in which an army Landie was set up so that it could travel almost totally submerged. Hardly practical for normal off-roading.
