If you were/are very creative, you could construct your own out of some steel tubing, either by bolting it together or welding it together. I know I would, but I'm just stating my opinion.

unless you are looking for a full-size, siam is right: surco makes a quality rack for a great price. if you dont want to spend extra cash on a high-rise gutter mount kit, get some 1/4" steel and extend it yourself...im in the process of doing it right now, working great so far!
