It's all good

You know... that actually looks pretty easy to make if you just think of it as a table and forget about making the storage drawers. Each section is about, what, 4'x2'? And then use some 14" (give or take) 2x4's as legs.

hmm... I think I know what I'm doing this weekend. Now I just gotta find my saw and hit up Lowes

i built it with scrap wood i had lying around, I had to go hit up th ehardware store for hinges but other than that it took me a little over an hour, i will probably build another eventually becuase i plan on relocating my spare to a rear carrier.

Just a FYI.. i measured the back of my disco2 today.. it measured 5'8" from the rear door to the passenger side seat.. you could probably get another 4" or so if you move the seat forward.. remember tho, this is with the back seat removed

I found them! I have to scan them in sometime today. I forgot there were so many pages. Remember...this was designed by Chris D. who, I think, is an engineer.

Hey I built something like that a while back for my disco.....its really just an organizer so I can separate stuff like my Hi-lift so I have a flat surface.

....with a little re-enforcing I could use it as a sleeping surface....even carpeted it. Sadly, the DII seats dont fold completely flat....so it would be better for a blow up mattress.
